The global conflict around “energy” between nations are crazy and in chaos mode.
It need a fair solution to end it for all.
The United States do not want their Dollar go up too high but want is decrease the value so their people can “export” more, that is not a secret.
So it is time for the end of the US Petrol Dollar.
But what is a safe and fair solution that will satisfy all nations?

The answer is treat the oil, gas, petrol as a new type of currency such as the “raw resources currency type” and will receive special permission/rules than all the current national government currencies issued by the central banks around the world.
Oil is oil, gas is gas, and petrol is petrol.

The magic special rules/permission is allow the “owner” of those oil/gas/petrol to put/sell it in any local national stock market platform of any nations and accept the local currency.
Nowadays the so call “global price” of silver, gold on neutral international market in London, New York have value “less” than the local market in China, Vietnam. So it is only fair for the “owner” of the oil gas to decide which trading market is the most “lucrative” and “under value” one.

Can they put it to all stock market around the world?
Yes they can because there is no “safe” nation/currency, there is always risks by natural forces and the uncertain future.

Who are the owner of oil gas petrol on Earth?
There are 2 type of group here:
– First is the royal Arab families.
– Second is the national government.

What can they do with the “raw resources currency” and what is the limit?
The limit is total amount oil gas reserve within their control.
They can sell it to each nations separately and even “gift” back to the society.

There are a lot of rich money groups like those Arab families who do not know what to do with their money so they spend it on buying football club.
So why don’t just issue/gift some of the new oil gas currency who the people around the world via drawing. The best rule here is give to the tourist who travel to their country at random amount.

From then all people will able to buy/sell oil gas like with any foreign currencies with just a bank account too, no need to join any stock market, how cool is that?

Many big organization such as the OPEC should disband too, because there is no need to “control” the quantity anymore because each nation will know best how much they should “print/issues/mine” the dirty oil gas petrol.

Instead of fighting for the US Dollar, the buyer now only need to increase the quality of their local production thus local national currencies value.

That is the best possible solution to end the energy crisis of oil gas petrol between nations.
I don’t see any other better way because that is the win for the owner and the win for the buyer too.
